SERVICES

Websites, assets, and ongoing care.

Three services, usually working together: I build the website, I organize the digital assets behind it, and a monthly care plan keeps both healthy for years. Take one or all three.

Websites for non-profits

A new site from scratch, or a careful rescue of the one you have. Either way the result is the same: a website that looks the way your work deserves, reads clearly, works on every device, and can be updated by your own team without fear.

  • Design and build on WordPress with Avada — no lock-in to me
  • Accessible, mobile-first, and fast
  • Your content moved over carefully, not dumped
  • A site your own team can edit confidently

Digital asset management

Most organizations have their logo in nine places, photos on four laptops, and a brand PDF nobody can find. I bring all of it into one organized, backed-up library — so the right file is always the one you find first.

  • One tidy library for logos, photos, documents, and brand files
  • Naming and folders that make sense to humans
  • Backed up, and safe to share with printers, press, and partners
  • Kept current as part of your care plan

MONTHLY CARE

Care plans that keep everything healthy.

One flat monthly rate — $95 to $249, every number published, none of them a surprise. It covers the everyday work a website actually needs — and it means that when something urgent happens, you already have someone.

  • Content management — edits, new pages, fresh posts
  • Theme and plugin updates, applied on schedule and tested
  • Backups and security, watched continuously
  • Urgent needs — a real person who answers
Website health monitored continuously
FOR PEOPLE, NOT JUST ORGANIZATIONS

Patient tech help, for humans.

Not every client is an organization. I also help individuals — often seniors here in Rhode Island and Massachusetts — with the digital side of life. A personal website. Decades of photos, finally organized. Email that behaves. And a trustworthy person to call when the computer misbehaves.

Plain language, no rushing, no judgment. Some of my favorite work happens at a kitchen table.

  • Personal websites and family photo archives
  • Email, passwords, and accounts untangled — safely
  • A patient teacher, at whatever pace suits you
WHO I WORK WITH

Every kind of doing-good, all over two states.

Food pantries and soup kitchens. Land trusts and watershed councils. Historical societies and friends-of-the-library groups. Churches and faith communities. Animal rescues and shelters. Arts councils, community theaters, and choirs. Youth sports leagues, scout troops, senior centers, veterans organizations, community health programs, garden clubs, and scholarship funds. If it does good work and needs a good website, it is my kind of client.

Home base is Rhode Island — Providence, Cranston, Warwick, Pawtucket, East Providence, Woonsocket, Newport, Bristol, Barrington, Westerly, North Kingstown, South Kingstown, and Narragansett. And I work across Massachusetts too: Fall River, New Bedford, Taunton, Attleboro, Brockton, Plymouth, Worcester, and out to Cape Cod. Somewhere else entirely? Remote works beautifully — say hello from anywhere.
